The goal is to promote the patently false idea that we have a nation of children with undiagnosed mental disorders crying out for treatment.One obvious beneficiary of the proposal is the pharmaceutical industry, which is eager to sell the psychotropic drugs that undoubtedly will be prescribed to millions of American schoolchildren under the new screening program. Of course a tiny minority of children suffer from legitimate mental illnesses, but the widespread use of Ritalin and other drugs on youngsters who simply exhibit typical rambunctious, fidgety, and impatient behavior is nothing short of criminal. It may be easier to teach and parent drugged kids, but convenience is no justification for endangering them. Children’s brains are still developing, and the truth is we have no idea what the long-term side effects of psychiatric drugs may be. Medical science has not even exhaustively identified every possible brain chemical, even as we alter those chemicals with drugs.Dr. Karen Effrem, a physician who strongly opposes mandatory mental health screening, warns us that “America’s children should not be medicated by expensive, ineffective, and dangerous medications based on vague and dubious diagnoses.” She points out that psychiatric diagnoses are inherently subjective, as authors of the diagnostic manuals admit. What kind of free people would turn their children’s most intimate health matters over to government strangers? How in the world have we allowed government to become so powerful and arrogant that it assumes it can force children to accept psychiatric treatment whether parents object or not?Parents must do everything possible to retain responsibility and control over their children’s well-being. There is no end to the bureaucratic appetite to rule every aspect of our lives, including how we raise our children. Forced mental health screening is just the latest of many state usurpations of parental authority: compulsory education laws, politically-correct school curricula, mandatory vaccines, and interference with discipline through phony “social services” agencies all represent assaults on families. The political right has now joined the political left in seeking the de facto nationalization of children, and only informed resistance by parents can stop it. The federal government is slowly but surely destroying real families, but it is hardly a benevolent surrogate parent.

Diagnosing psychiatric illness has always been controversial, mental health experts say. Now some are worried that a new draft of the diagnostic ‘bible’ for mental health medicine could result in almost everyone being diagnosed with a mental condition.
The diagnostic ‘bible’ in question is the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, published by the American Psychiatric Association.
The US manual is used worldwide as a basis for diagnosis, research and medical education.
Its forthcoming fifth edition – known in the profession as as DSM-5 – is set to contain a range of new diagnoses, including conditions such as “mixed anxiety depression, psychosis risk syndrome and temper dysregulation disorder”, as well as the more mundane binge eating.
The danger, say experts writing in a special issue of the Journal of Mental Health, is that there has not been enough research to back up these changes.
Even the smallest shift in how to define something like depression could have huge implications.
Self-fulfilling
Dr Felicity Callard, senior research fellow at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London, says it is crucial to understand what happens when people are over-diagnosed.
“There are very big potential implications on how people, particularly adolescents, respond to being told they have a mental illness. It’s likely there will be harmful consequences,” she said.
She cites the “at risk psychosis syndrome” diagnosis as an example of a label which is given to young people who ‘might’ have psychosis – characterised by abrupt changes in personality. It is a diagnosis of something which could result in a disorder, but only potentially. That can have complicated effects, she says.
“Imagine a young person being told that they are “at risk” of developing a mental illness. How would that affect that individual’s behaviour? Could it lead to increased stigma or even discrimination? And how might it affect the parents and family of that person too?”
Jerome Wakefield of New York University’s Department of Psychiatry writes: “One of the most frightening scenarios is the potential for medicating people – particularly children – who haven’t yet shown any signs of illness in a bid to ‘treat’ them.”
These concerns are shared by a number of clinical experts in the Journal of Mental Health.

..The American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) is psychiatry’s billing bible of so-called mental disorders. With the DSM, psychiatry has taken countless aspects of human behavior and reclassified them as a mental illness simply by adding the term disorder onto them. While even key DSM contributors admit that there is no scientific/medical validity to the disorders, the DSM nonetheless serves as a diagnostic tool, not only for individual treatment, but also for child custody disputes, discrimination cases, court testimony, education and more.
The DSM is driven not by science, but instead caters to the pharmaceutical industry. With its expanding list of “mental disorders”—voted into existence, not discovered as in real medicine—for each of these a psychiatric drug can be prescribed and insurance companies billed. That big formula spells big profits for psychiatrists and drug companies. And this has been exposed more recently with a U.S. Senate Finance Committee investigation into the APA itself and the fact that about 56% of its $12 million-a-year income derives from drug makers (more below).
“The way to sell drugs is to sell psychiatric illness,” says Carl Elliot, a bioethicist at the University of Minnesota.[1]
Kelly Patricia O’Meara, an award winning journalist and former Congressional staff points out, “Drug companies pull a mental disorder out of the DSM hat and get FDA approval to use an already existing drug to treat it. Well-known psychiatrists are enlisted to publicly affirm the disorder as a social problem…Voila! Confirmed psychiatric ill and magic pill.”[2]
Even within its own ranks there is disagreement about the drug company influence on the diagnostic process. An international poll of mental health experts conducted in 2001, voted DSM-IV one of the 10 worst psychiatric papers of the millennium.
Dr. Irwin Savodnik, an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of California, Los Angeles, says: “The very vocabulary of psychiatry is now defined at all levels by the pharmaceutical industry.”
Studies Expose Conflicts of Interest
That became evident in the landmark study published in the journal of Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics in 2006 that found that for more than half of the panel members that reviewed which disorders would be included in the fourth edition revision of DSM (1994), more than half had undisclosed financial links to Big Pharma. For the so-called mood disorders (“depression” and “bipolar”) and “schizophrenia/psychotic disorder,” 100% of the panel members had financial involvements with drug companies. Sales of the drugs prescribed for these (by virtue of their inclusion in the DSM) reach more than $80 billion worldwide.
Apparently the APA psychiatrists did not want to give up this cashcow. For the DSM-V revision, another study found that 18 of the 20 members overseeing the revision of clinical guidelines for treating just three “mental disorders” had financial ties to drug companies, with drug treatment for these disorders generate some $25 billion a year in pharmaceutical sales (U.S. alone).
Under such public criticism and a year after it had been under investigation by the Senate Finance Committee for its conflicts of interest in drug companies, in March 2009, the APA announced that it would phase out pharmaceutical funding of continuing medical education seminars and meals at its conventions. However, within two months, the APA accepted more than $1.7 million in pharmaceutical company funds for its annual conference, held in San Francisco.
Not surprising. In 2002, the APA’s Anand Pandya said that without pharmaceutical industry funds, membership dues could escalate 455% from $540 a year to $3,000. Pandya is president of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), which in 2009 as also asked to provide records of its pharmaceutical company funding to federal investigators.
Psychiatry’s 300% increase of mental disorders in the DSM over five decades has already generated billions of dollars in government funding. Since DSM-IV, there has been also been a 256% increase in psychiatric (antipsychotics and antidepressants) drug sales.
Just how far psychiatrists will go using the DSM to label people “disordered” is reflected in a recent survey conducted by Ronald Kessler, professor of health care policy at Harvard Medical School. He relied upon the DSM to survey Americans and concluded that nearly every second one (48%) suffers from at least one mental illness during their lifetime.[3] A “DSM–IV personality disorders” survey that he conducted for the World Health Organization, the results of which were published in 2009, was heavily funded by Eli Lilly Foundation, Ortho-McNeil, GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer. Kessler himself is a consultant for at least seven drug companies.
More to the point, as the late Dr. Sydney Walker III, a neurologist and psychiatrist, wrote: “Drug company money influences every aspect of modern-day psychiatry. The American Psychiatric Association is literally built on a foundation of drug money…In return, the APA bends over backward to help drug companies promote their products.”[4] “That influence,” he said, “has focused on expanding the number of ‘psychiatric disorders’ recognized by the APA, and the number of drug treatments recommended for these disorders. After all, every DSM ‘diagnosis,’ is a potential gold mine for pharmaceutical firms.”[5]
No Scientific Validity
As the diagnoses completely lack scientific criteria, anyone can be labeled mentally ill, and subjected to dangerous and life-threatening treatments based solely on opinion. The scientific validity of the DSM has come under increasing attack from medical professionals and scientific experts such as Herb Kutchins of California State University and Stuart A. Kirk of UCLA, and authors of Making Us Crazy: The Psychiatric Bible and the Creation of Mental Disorders, determined that “…there is ample reason to conclude that the latest versions of DSM as a clinical tool are unreliable and therefore of questionable validity as a classification system.”
The late Loren Mosher, M.D., a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry who resigned from the APA because of its drug company influence, wrote: “DSM-IV has become a bible and a money making bestseller—its major failings notwithstanding. It confines and defines practice, some take it seriously, others more realistically.”
Further, “The issue is what do the categories [in DSM] tell us? Do they in fact accurately represent the person with a problem? They don’t, and can’t, because there are no external validating criteria for psychiatric diagnoses. There is neither a blood test nor specific anatomic lesions for any major psychiatric disorder.”
The internationally renowned professor of psychiatry emeritus Thomas Szasz, supports this point, writing: “There is no blood or other biological test to ascertain the presence of a mental illness, as there is for most bodily diseases. If such a test were developed, then the condition would cease to be a mental illness and would be classified, instead, as a symptom of a bodily disease.” So classified, it would make psychiatry redundant, and general physicians would replace it.
Therein lies the underlying problem of DSM—it isn’t a medical diagnostic system. Its all based on opinion—and faulty at best. Psychiatry lacked a system equivalent to that in medicine, and this contributed greatly to its poor reputation, both among medical professionals and the population as a whole. Thus it invented DSM to both convince real medicine of psychiatry’s legitimacy and to capture a slice of the insurance market. As Kutchins and Kirk point out, the evolution of the DSM is a “story of the struggles of the American Psychiatric Association to gain respectability within medicine and maintain dominance among the many mental health professionals.”[6]
Further, they assumed that if “a group of psychiatrists agree on a list of atypical [new] behaviors, the behaviors constitute a valid mental disorder. Using this approach, creating mental disorders can become a parlor game in which clusters of all kinds of behaviors (i.e. syndromes) can be added to the manual.” In fact, all DSM succeeds in doing is “to medicalize too many human troubles.”
Even psychiatrist Al Parides observes: “what they have done is medicalize many problems that don’t have demonstrable, biological causes.
Other Expert Quotes Show No Science to DSM
Jeffrey A. Schaler, Ph.D.: says its tantamount to fraud. “The notion of scientific validity…is related to fraud. Validity refers to the extent to which something represents or measures what it purports to represent or measure. When diagnostic measures do not represent what they purport to represent, we say that the measures lack validity. If a business transaction or trade rested on such a lack of validity, we might say that the lack of validity was instrumental in a commitment of fraud.”
Psychiatry has been unable to determine a single cause for a single mental disorder.
Dr. Harold Pincus, Vice Chairman of the DSM-IV task force admitted, “There has never been any criterion that psychiatric diagnoses require a demonstrated biological etiology (cause).”
Psychologist Renee Garfinkel, a staff member of the American Psychological Association, said of the DSM-III-R review committee: “The low level of intellectual effort was shocking. Diagnoses were developed by majority vote on the level we would use to choose a restaurant. You feel like Italian, I feel like Chinese, so let’s go to a cafeteria. Then it’s typed into the computer.”
J. Allan Hobson and Jonathan A. Leonard, authors of Out of Its Mind, Psychiatry in Crisis, A Call For Reform: “…DSM-IV’s authoritative status and detailed nature tends to promote the idea that rote diagnosis and pill-pushing are acceptable.”
Elliot S. Valenstein, biopsychologist, author of Blaming the Brain: “DSM-IV is not an exciting document. It is purely descriptive and presents no new scientific insights or any theories about what causes the many mental disorders it lists.”
The DSM-V review psychiatrists should take heed of Paul Genova, M.D., writing in Psychiatric Times, who said, the “DSM diagnostic system has outlived its usefulness by about two decades. It should be abandoned, not revised.”

Kelly Patricia O’Meara, an award winning journalist and former Congressional staff points out, “Drug companies pull a mental disorder out of the DSM hat and get FDA approval to use an already existing drug to treat it. Well-known psychiatrists are enlisted to publicly affirm the disorder as a social problem…Voila! Confirmed psychiatric ill and magic pill.”[2]
Even within its own ranks there is disagreement about the drug company influence on the diagnostic process. An international poll of mental health experts conducted in 2001, voted DSM-IV one of the 10 worst psychiatric papers of the millennium.
Dr. Irwin Savodnik, an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of California, Los Angeles, says: “The very vocabulary of psychiatry is now defined at all levels by the pharmaceutical industry.”
Studies Expose Conflicts of Interest
That became evident in the landmark study published in the journal of Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics in 2006 that found that for more than half of the panel members that reviewed which disorders would be included in the fourth edition revision of DSM (1994), more than half had undisclosed financial links to Big Pharma. For the so-called mood disorders (“depression” and “bipolar”) and “schizophrenia/psychotic disorder,” 100% of the panel members had financial involvements with drug companies. Sales of the drugs prescribed for these (by virtue of their inclusion in the DSM) reach more than $80 billion worldwide.
Apparently the APA psychiatrists did not want to give up this cashcow. For the DSM-V revision, another study found that 18 of the 20 members overseeing the revision of clinical guidelines for treating just three “mental disorders” had financial ties to drug companies, with drug treatment for these disorders generate some $25 billion a year in pharmaceutical sales (U.S. alone).
Under such public criticism and a year after it had been under investigation by the Senate Finance Committee for its conflicts of interest in drug companies, in March 2009, the APA announced that it would phase out pharmaceutical funding of continuing medical education seminars and meals at its conventions. However, within two months, the APA accepted more than $1.7 million in pharmaceutical company funds for its annual conference, held in San Francisco.
Not surprising. In 2002, the APA’s Anand Pandya said that without pharmaceutical industry funds, membership dues could escalate 455% from $540 a year to $3,000. Pandya is president of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), which in 2009 as also asked to provide records of its pharmaceutical company funding to federal investigators.
Psychiatry’s 300% increase of mental disorders in the DSM over five decades has already generated billions of dollars in government funding. Since DSM-IV, there has been also been a 256% increase in psychiatric (antipsychotics and antidepressants) drug sales.
Just how far psychiatrists will go using the DSM to label people “disordered” is reflected in a recent survey conducted by Ronald Kessler, professor of health care policy at Harvard Medical School. He relied upon the DSM to survey Americans and concluded that nearly every second one (48%) suffers from at least one mental illness during their lifetime.[3] A “DSM–IV personality disorders” survey that he conducted for the World Health Organization, the results of which were published in 2009, was heavily funded by Eli Lilly Foundation, Ortho-McNeil, GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer. Kessler himself is a consultant for at least seven drug companies.
More to the point, as the late Dr. Sydney Walker III, a neurologist and psychiatrist, wrote: “Drug company money influences every aspect of modern-day psychiatry. The American Psychiatric Association is literally built on a foundation of drug money…In return, the APA bends over backward to help drug companies promote their products.”[4] “That influence,” he said, “has focused on expanding the number of ‘psychiatric disorders’ recognized by the APA, and the number of drug treatments recommended for these disorders. After all, every DSM ‘diagnosis,’ is a potential gold mine for pharmaceutical firms.”[5]
No Scientific Validity
As the diagnoses completely lack scientific criteria, anyone can be labeled mentally ill, and subjected to dangerous and life-threatening treatments based solely on opinion. The scientific validity of the DSM has come under increasing attack from medical professionals and scientific experts such as Herb Kutchins of California State University and Stuart A. Kirk of UCLA, and authors of Making Us Crazy: The Psychiatric Bible and the Creation of Mental Disorders, determined that “…there is ample reason to conclude that the latest versions of DSM as a clinical tool are unreliable and therefore of questionable validity as a classification system.”
The late Loren Mosher, M.D., a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry who resigned from the APA because of its drug company influence, wrote: “DSM-IV has become a bible and a money making bestseller—its major failings notwithstanding. It confines and defines practice, some take it seriously, others more realistically.”
Further, “The issue is what do the categories [in DSM] tell us? Do they in fact accurately represent the person with a problem? They don’t, and can’t, because there are no external validating criteria for psychiatric diagnoses. There is neither a blood test nor specific anatomic lesions for any major psychiatric disorder.”
The internationally renowned professor of psychiatry emeritus Thomas Szasz, supports this point, writing: “There is no blood or other biological test to ascertain the presence of a mental illness, as there is for most bodily diseases. If such a test were developed, then the condition would cease to be a mental illness and would be classified, instead, as a symptom of a bodily disease.” So classified, it would make psychiatry redundant, and general physicians would replace it.
Therein lies the underlying problem of DSM—it isn’t a medical diagnostic system. Its all based on opinion—and faulty at best. Psychiatry lacked a system equivalent to that in medicine, and this contributed greatly to its poor reputation, both among medical professionals and the population as a whole. Thus it invented DSM to both convince real medicine of psychiatry’s legitimacy and to capture a slice of the insurance market. As Kutchins and Kirk point out, the evolution of the DSM is a “story of the struggles of the American Psychiatric Association to gain respectability within medicine and maintain dominance among the many mental health professionals.”[6]
Further, they assumed that if “a group of psychiatrists agree on a list of atypical [new] behaviors, the behaviors constitute a valid mental disorder. Using this approach, creating mental disorders can become a parlor game in which clusters of all kinds of behaviors (i.e. syndromes) can be added to the manual.” In fact, all DSM succeeds in doing is “to medicalize too many human troubles.”
Even psychiatrist Al Parides observes: “what they have done is medicalize many problems that don’t have demonstrable, biological causes.
Other Expert Quotes Show No Science to DSM
Jeffrey A. Schaler, Ph.D.: says its tantamount to fraud. “The notion of scientific validity…is related to fraud. Validity refers to the extent to which something represents or measures what it purports to represent or measure. When diagnostic measures do not represent what they purport to represent, we say that the measures lack validity. If a business transaction or trade rested on such a lack of validity, we might say that the lack of validity was instrumental in a commitment of fraud.”
Psychiatry has been unable to determine a single cause for a single mental disorder.
Dr. Harold Pincus, Vice Chairman of the DSM-IV task force admitted, “There has never been any criterion that psychiatric diagnoses require a demonstrated biological etiology (cause).”
Psychologist Renee Garfinkel, a staff member of the American Psychological Association, said of the DSM-III-R review committee: “The low level of intellectual effort was shocking. Diagnoses were developed by majority vote on the level we would use to choose a restaurant. You feel like Italian, I feel like Chinese, so let’s go to a cafeteria. Then it’s typed into the computer.”
J. Allan Hobson and Jonathan A. Leonard, authors of Out of Its Mind, Psychiatry in Crisis, A Call For Reform: “…DSM-IV’s authoritative status and detailed nature tends to promote the idea that rote diagnosis and pill-pushing are acceptable.”
Elliot S. Valenstein, biopsychologist, author of Blaming the Brain: “DSM-IV is not an exciting document. It is purely descriptive and presents no new scientific insights or any theories about what causes the many mental disorders it lists.”
The DSM-V review psychiatrists should take heed of Paul Genova, M.D., writing in Psychiatric Times, who said, the “DSM diagnostic system has outlived its usefulness by about two decades. It should be abandoned, not revised.”

(I noticed it because there were no hub caps.) Anyway, as I walked to my car a white middle aged male who was sitting in the drivers seat of a silver four van parked a few lanes away from my car in an isolated spot, just waiting, looked out in my direction. As he did so he got out of a silver van, opened all his doors and started cleaning his windows.
WEIRD I THOUGHT, IT WAS SUCH A HOT AFTERNOON TO BE DOING SO IN A PARKING LOT OF A PUBLIC PARK. I READ THAT THIS IS THE SORT TO THINK COMMMUNITY POLICEMEN DO WHEN KEEPING THE COMMUNITY SAFE. IE COMMUNITY SPIES.

The son looked at me with a huge smile on his face, the father looked at me and said nothing - HE WALKED ABOUT TEN STEPS TOWARDS THE ELEVATOR, THEN HE (THE FATHER) TURNED BACK, WALKED TOWARDS ME AND ENTERED TOHIS UNIT ONE MORE TIME. AFTER ABOUT 5 SECONDS HE WALKED BACK OUT AND WALKED TO THE ELEVATOR. I WAITED FOR THEM TO LEAVE AND THEM PROCEEDED TO THE ELEVATOR
ABOUT 4 HOURS LATER (I WENT TO THE PARK) I RETURNED. AS I WAS ABOUT TO STEP INTO MY UNIT, THE SAME SON REFERRED TO ABOVE STEPPED OUT OF THE DOOR AT THE END OF THE CORRIDOR AND WALKED TOWARDS ME TO HIS UNIT. THE TIMING WAS SO PERFECT IT WAS ASTONISHING.

THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO TALK IN CHINESE - I AM NOT SURE WHETHER SHE WAS ALONE OR NOT, SINCE I HEARD ONLY ONE VOICE.
It has been very common in the past that each time I start talking on the phone in my home, there is increased traffic outside my door with accompanying miscellaneous noises. AS SOON AS I STOP TALKING THE NOISES AND TRAFFIC STOPS. THE NEIGHBOUR'S DOOR OPPOSITE ME CONSTANTLY OPENS AND CLOSES AND THE EXIT DOOR IN THE CORRIDOR BANGS SHUT SEVERAL TIMES.

A few days ago the overhead light near my car has been going off when I drive under it in the underground parking. This happened a few times before, but in those instances the building manager was seen walking from the electrical control unit in the basement, so I presumed he was experimenting with and testing the bulb - and I just happened to be there when he was doing so on several occasions.
However, last week when this started happening again I did not see him, but what was interesting was that the lights came back on after I passed under it.

The new fourth revision of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) published by the American Psychiatric Association may define several new psychiatric disorders. Some of these do not sound like varieties of mental illness at all, but rather opinions and attitudes. What would “oppositional defiant disorder,” for example, represent?
According to the new edition of the Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, this would include those who have “negativistic, defiant, disobedient and hostile behavior toward authority figures.” Other varieties of newly created mental illnesses included being antisocial, arrogant, or cynical.
Those familiar with psychiatry in the Soviet Union will cringe at this sort of neo-psychiatry. Authority, for example, may often be wrong in a society. The right to contend with authority has long been considered a primary right of a free people. Soviet psychiatrists, however, institutionalized and “treated” those who defied Soviet authority, which was considered, per se, a variety of mental illness.
Cynicism is often the most sensible attitude of those who find government and politics to be a cesspool of corruption. The presumption that society and government are functioning properly, which is implicit in these new psychiatric “disorders,” looks very Orwellian. Only the dullest mind, or the most sheepish people, can look at our tax code, our school system, our immigration policies, and our foreign policy and see only goodness and wisdom.
Psychiatric opinions can have a dramatic impact upon court rulings. Laws are often built around those opinions: the right to bear arms, for example, is denied to those who have a history of mental illness. What if that mental illness is defined as a profound distrust of government in America? Then government would have the right to disarm those who saw something very wrong in our political system.
Many parents already worry about the over-medication of children, who may well be the first group diagnosed under these new standards. Eccentric children have often been the greatest men in history. Mozart, for example, was hyperactive (by today’s standards) and approached music differently than conventional composers did. Did he have a mental illness? Or was he rather, as the Pope who knew him said, “Amadeus” — Beloved of God? How about Capablanca, the greatest child chess prodigy in history? Was he mentally ill?
Both of those men led relatively conventional lives, but what about men like Newton and Beethoven, who were considered to be misanthropic. Was this mental illness, which must be treated with therapy and drugs? Or was it, rather, the expected response of geniuses living among men of much weaker minds? Treating such unique men with drugs and therapy might deprive mankind of its greatest innovators and analysts.
The politics of collectivism permeates every aspect of modern life. Individuality, uniqueness, privacy, and separation are inherent rights of free men. These are also anathema to collectivism, which views us all as interchangeable parts of a vast, impersonal, statist machine. Psychiatry which does not account for the particular nature of each of us is not medicine and it is not science: it is simply collectivism lathered on something called medical science.

5 MASSAGE EQUIPMENT LATER....
In the last few months I have had 5 massages go bad on me.
Today while using the last one, IT JUST STOPPED WORKING. I CHECKED AND PLUG, IT WAS FINE - THE INFRARED HEAT WAS WORKING BUT NOT THE MASSAGE ITSELF.
IT JUST STOPPED WHILE I WAS USING IT.
HMMMM, KEEPING IN MIND THAT 4 OTHERS FAILED THE SAME WAY, DOES REMOTE TAMPERING COMES TO MIND????
I HAVE READ THAT EM PULSES COULD KILL A CAR'S ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WHILE IT IS BEING DRIVEN, SO OF COURSE ANY ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS AT RISK FOR THE SAME TYPE OF ATTACK.

I HAVE SEEN THIS PATTERN REPEAT ITSELF OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS.
WHENEVER I DRIVE A CHINESE DRIVER IN A COROLLA WILL DRIVE VERY SLOWLY IN FRONT OF ME. WHEN A DRIVER TURNS OFF ANOTHER WILL PULL IN FRONT OF ME AND SLOW AND PROCEDE TO DRIVE VERY SLOWLY -UNDER THE SPEED LIMIT.
THIS HAPPENS ON THE HIGHWAY AS WELL.
Example: yesterday I went to a Hindu temple to hear an American Hindu speak - as I pulled out of the parking lot a Chinese couple driving a blue Corolla immediately pulled ahead of me from a virtually empty lane. He then slowed down to about 50km. The same would happen on the highway - cars would cut in front of me and slow down - 80% of these would be Chinese and Muslim drivers.

Military use of advances in biomedical science is extremely difficult to investigate, because of the classified status of most such research. To safeguard their national security, nations that are actively pursuing biotechnology useful to the military are highly unlikely to advertise their accomplishments in the biomedical literature or elsewhere. Moreover, an inverse relationship seems apparent: countries that are most likely to be pursuing neuroscientific and other biotechnological developments for military or intelligence use are least likely to be direct or transparent about such activities.
The international community is concerned about the reactivation of the nuclear program in Iran. The recent visit of the Iranian president to the UN in New York has not relieved any of the fears associated with Iran’s development of nuclear power (Hoge, 2007). And the development of other forms of military technologies, such as neurotechnological devices, to build Iran’s national defense and perhaps even offense remains largely unknown. It poses a threat to international stability, and we are compelled to learn more about ethical regulations for biomedical research in Iran.

In 1951, a quiet, picturesque village in southern France was suddenly and mysteriously struck down with mass insanity and hallucinations. At least five people died, dozens were interned in asylums and hundreds afflicted.
For decades it was assumed that the local bread had been unwittingly poisoned with a psychedelic mould. Now, however, an American investigative journalist has uncovered evidence suggesting the CIA peppered local food with the hallucinogenic drug LSD as part of a mind control experiment at the height of the Cold War.
The mystery of Le Pain Maudit (Cursed Bread) still haunts the inhabitants of Pont-Saint-Esprit, in the Gard, southeast France.
On August 16, 1951, the inhabitants were suddenly racked with frightful hallucinations of terrifying beasts and fire.
One man tried to drown himself, screaming that his belly was being eaten by snakes. An 11-year-old tried to strangle his grandmother. Another man shouted: "I am a plane", before jumping out of a second-floor window, breaking his legs. He then got up and carried on for 50 yards. Another saw his heart escaping through his feet and begged a doctor to put it back. Many were taken to the local asylum in strait jackets.
Time magazine wrote at the time: "Among the stricken, delirium rose: patients thrashed wildly on their beds, screaming that red flowers were blossoming from their bodies, that their heads had turned to molten lead."
Eventually, it was determined that the best-known local baker had unwittingly contaminated his flour with ergot, a hallucinogenic mould that infects rye grain. Another theory was the bread had been poisoned with organic mercury.
However, H P Albarelli Jr., an investigative journalist, claims the outbreak resulted from a covert experiment directed by the CIA and the US Army's top-secret Special Operations Division (SOD) at Fort Detrick, Maryland.
The scientists who produced both alternative explanations, he writes, worked for the Swiss-based Sandoz Pharmaceutical Company, which was then secretly supplying both the Army and CIA with LSD.
Mr Albarelli came across CIA documents while investigating the suspicious suicide of Frank Olson, a biochemist working for the SOD who fell from a 13th floor window two years after the Cursed Bread incident. One note transcribes a conversation between a CIA agent and a Sandoz official who mentions the "secret of Pont-Saint-Esprit" and explains that it was not "at all" caused by mould but by diethylamide, the D in LSD.
While compiling his book, A Terrible Mistake: The Murder of Frank Olson and the CIA's Secret Cold War Experiments, Mr Albarelli spoke to former colleagues of Mr Olson, two of whom told him that the Pont-Saint-Esprit incident was part of a mind control experiment run by the CIA and US army.
After the Korean War the Americans launched a vast research programme into the mental manipulation of prisoners and enemy troops.
Scientists at Fort Detrick told him that agents had sprayed LSD into the air and also contaminated "local foot products".
Mr Albarelli said the real "smoking gun" was a White House document sent to members of the Rockefeller Commission formed in 1975 to investigate CIA abuses. It contained the names of a number of French nationals who had been secretly employed by the CIA and made direct reference to the "Pont St. Esprit incident." In its quest to research LSD as an offensive weapon, Mr Albarelli claims, the US army also drugged over 5,700 unwitting American servicemen between 1953 and 1965.
None of his sources would indicate whether the French secret services were aware of the alleged operation. According to US news reports, French intelligence chiefs have demanded the CIA explain itself following the book's revelations. French intelligence officially denies this.
Locals in Pont-Saint-Esprit still want to know why they were hit by such apocalyptic scenes. "At the time people brought up the theory of an experiment aimed at controlling a popular revolt," said Charles Granjoh, 71.
"I almost kicked the bucket," he told the weekly French magazine Les Inrockuptibles. "I'd like to know why."

A noteworthy capability of RadarVision is “real-time intelligence on the direction and distance to the motion contact.” In other words, it can precisely measure distance to a human target through-the-wall. That opens up the possibility of precisely and remotely targeting humans through the walls of their apartments or homes. Please take note, as that capability is relevant to the harassment experienced by victims of through-the-wall directed energy weapons (DEWs).

At the very narrow entrance way two women stood on the opposite sides - as I was about to pass, one crossed in front of me, brushing up against me.
After the yoga class, on the way out, on one side of the same passageway, was a 24 case of water bottles and on the otherside was an Indian man just standing in the way, with the case of water blocking half the passage way. THERE WAS NO CONCEIVABLE REASON FOR THE WATER TO BE THERE.

A man who recruited his friends to follow an ex-girlfriend and file written reports about her activities was correctly convicted of stalking, the state Supreme Court ruled Thursday.
In a 6-3 decision, the high court reinstated the conviction of Andre Paul Becklin, who was convicted in Ferry County Superior Court of using several friends to follow his ex-girlfriend, Mary Alison McGee. Becklin was sentenced to a year in prison, but his conviction was overturned by the state Court of Appeals.
The Supreme Court's majority, led by Justice Bobbe Bridge, said Thursday that the definition of stalking "is broad enough to encompass the act of directing third parties to follow and intimidate a victim."
Bridge was joined by Justices Susan Owens, Mary Fairhurst, Barbara Madsen, James Johnson and Tom Chambers.
Mike Sandona, the Ferry County prosecutor, said the court's ruling was important.
"It stops people like Mr. Becklin, who has friends do the things he can't do, disturb the peace of his ex," he said. "It's is an issue of fear and control over another person."
Becklin and McGee started dating in 1996, but according to court records, Becklin made threats to kill her and attacked her when she refused to get an abortion after becoming pregnant with their son.
McGee eventually left Becklin and married another man, before which Becklin briefly took their son without McGee's consent and tried to force his way into her home, according to court documents.
McGee got a protection order in December 2003, barring Becklin from having any contact with her or from coming within 100 feet of her or her home. The order also prohibited contact through third parties.
Becklin was arrested on April 1, 2004 and charged with stalking McGee after she said Becklin's friends repeatedly drove Becklin's cars by her house, circling her block several times. Friends would also fill out written reports for Becklin recounting their sightings of McGee around town.
Dissenters, led by Chief Justice Gerry Alexander, took issue with what they said were inadequate jury instructions that ultimately led to Becklin's conviction.
During closing arguments, both sides addressed the issue of whether Becklin should be held accountable for the actions of his friends, but instructions to the jury did not include any guidance on accomplice liability or the concept that a third party's actions could support criminal accountability for stalking.
After it began deliberations, the jury sent a note to the judge, asking if a third party was included in stalking and whether a person could be stalked through a third party.
The judge answered yes, and the jury convicted Becklin.
"Although one may be culpable for the acts of others through Washington's complicity statute if he or she causes an innocent person or persons to engage in criminal conduct or is an accomplice of the person committing the unlawful acts, the jury should receive an instruction" based on the state statutes, Alexander wrote, joined by Justices Charles Johnson and Richard Sanders.
Becklin's attorney, Anthony Castelda, could not be reached for comment.

This could be the first official recognition of the need to protect citizens against electronic harassment. The following are comments from Julianne McKinney regarding the posted page scans:
This is actually very impressive. Walbert persuaded the Court that the defendant was using electronic weapons against him and his family, in addition to resorting to obvious forms of stalking.
He substantiated his claim with DoD documentation and had the support of a security specialist, who proved that electronic frequencies were involved, and, it would appear, the support of a couple of police officers. He also made use of letters from Missouri Representative, Jim Guest.
The outcome: The defendant failed to show up in court. The defendant has to pay all legal fees. The defendant may not employ 3rd-party means of re-establishing contact with Walbert (which would constitute multiple stalking), and may not employ any form of "electronic means" in harassing Walbert.
Walbert filed his complaint on November 25, 2008. The court decided the case on December 30, 2008.
Although this will probably not protect Walbert in the long term, he has obtained the first court-based acknowledgement of the existence of electronic weapons and of electronic harassment, that I know of.

Yesterday I went to Canadian Tire. I eventually went to the check out line. Immediately after joining the line, a chinese woman came behind me and stood so close I could smell her breath. I moved a little to put some personal space between us. She immediately moved forward behind me. The plastic container she held in her hand rubbed against my arms. I again moved forward and again she moved behind me.
I eventually left the line and put back the item I was going to purchase to avoid any confrontation and hassle.

CROWDS FORMING VERY QUICKLY..
I have noticed that when I go to a location and stay for any length of time, a lot of people show up and loiter.
Yesterday is a prime example - I went to the mall to get some pizza and sat down near the window. Outside was a the entrance to the mall. There was no one in the space on the opposite side of the glass to where I sat. After about 3 minutes there were about 15 people just loitering in the entrance. One black man came a sat in front of me with just the glass wall separating us. A group of brown skinned men driving a car exactly like mine loitered in front of the car parked just outside the entrance to the mall. IT DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN WHILE ONE MAN LEANED ON IT. I walked to my car parked at the end of the lane in the lot in front of the mall entrance and noticed a group of men in front of my car talking loudly, waving their hands about. They surrounded a black car. The same black man who sat in front of me while I was in the Pizza store broke from the group and ran in front of my car towards the mall as I entered my car and got prepared to drive off. As I drove off from my parking spot, a black honda with very loud muffler drove past me and an orange and green taxi was right behind him.

STRANGE OBSERVATIONS ON THE DAY...
Yesterday I went to City Hall to fight two parking tickets issued on the grounds of the condominium complex I live in. While sitting in the reception area waiting for my number to be called, the room got really busy. There was 3 people when I arrived. IN ABOUT 3 MINUTES, THERE WERE ABOUT 15 PEOPLE THERE. As I sat waiting, things got really LOUD at the front desk. THIS WENT OF FOR QUITE A FEW MINUTES WHILE PEOPLE WERE ARGUING THIER POINTS WITH THE ATTENDANTS. ONE YOUNG MAN CAME IN TALKING REALLY LOUDLY ON HIS CELL PHONE.
The one thing that really surprised me was to see A CHINESE MAN WALK IN WITH HIS VERY OLD AGED MOTHER, WALKING WITH THE HELP OF A CHAIR WALKER, LIMPING AND BENDING OVER. SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE COULD BARELY SEE AND HAD BIG BLACK MARKS ON HER FACE. She sat down facing me, so I could not help noticing these things.
Wow, was it not possible for this very able bodied man to come alone to PAY A PARKING TICKET??? WAS IT NECESSARY TO DRAG THIS REALLY SAD LOOKING OLD SICK WOMAN TO THE THIRD FLOOR OF AN OFFICE TOWER DOWNTOWN TO ACCOMPANY HIM TO PAY A PARKING TICKET. I AM SURE SHE WAS NOT DRIVING THE CAR!!!!
PS AS I START TYPING THIS, MY HEAD IS STARTING TO HURT JUST ON THE RIGHT SIDE. HMMMM.
To continue, when my number was called I went to the attendant behind the the counter. As I was filling out the ticket a Chinese woman came up without a number and said " EXCUSE ME, COULD I ASK YOU A VERY EASY QUESTION.......... (VERY LOUDLY)
THE ATTENDANT TOLD HER THAT SHE NEEDED A NUMBER, BUT SHE INSISTED ON BEING HEARD. ALL THIS WHILE I STOOD WAITING - EVEN THOUGH I WAS THE ONE BEING TAKEN CARE OFF AT THE TIME.
PEOPLE SHOULD REALLY LEARN TO WAIT IN LINE AND WAIT THEIR TURN.
THE CITY WORKER BY THE WAY, WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Here's a story that will do the bar code on the back of Dark Angel star Jessica Alba's neck one better:
A network of satellites sends a positioning signal to a chip implanted beneath your skin. That chip, powered solely by body heat, relays the signal and your body's vital stats to a ground station.
The folks manning that ground station, as well as 'authorized' [WONDER WHO THAT COULD BE?] Internet users, can use that information for identifying you, tracking you and monitoring your health.
It's not sci-fi. Applied Digital Solutions (ADS) will, on Oct. 30, unveil and demonstrate Digital Angel, or DA, which is being touted for a number of uses.
There's the potential for the technology to monitor chronically-ill patients, track livestock to ensure food quality, track people who are at-risk for kidnapping, enforce the terms of a parole and identify people for security and ''e-commerce'' applications.
The Digital Angel system makes use of the Global Positioning System's network of satellites to figure out the chip's position. On-board biometric technology is capable of monitoring vital statistics such as body temperature, pulse rate and blood pressure. This information is then relayed via either another GPS signal or a wireless communications signal to a remote monitoring system.
The whole system is powered by body heat, so the chip doesn't have any batteries that need replacing. "The power source is building power all the time," says Richard Sullivan, Applied Digital Solutions' CEO.
"In drawing together the GPS and wireless capabilities and the first-ever integration of biosensor and heat-sensitive power regeneration," he says, "we should become the benchmark of the industry — we should become the industry leader in that area."
Subdermal Silicon
While implantation under the skin in humans is an issue still pending with the Food and Drug Administration, that won't delay the release of Digital Angel. "I think that FDA approval is, in the interim, not necessary because DA can be a wristband or adhered to anywhere on your body via a patch," says Sullivan.
But make no mistake — implantation is on the way. According to Sullivan, the FDA is first interested in implanting livestock with the chip so the quality of meat can be ensured.
Digital Angel doesn't transmit a signal all the time. Ordinarily, the only way the chip would be activated would be by a controlling authority — a parent in the case of a kidnapping, an owner in the case of a theft, a doctor in the case of an ill patient.
"If you call upon it, it emits the appropriate information that's requested. And/or in the case of an emergency, it has low-line minimums that cause DA to turn on automatically," says Sullivan. These minimums would activate the chip in an emergency — a heart attack, for example.
Throw Away Your Credit Cards?
Since Applied Digital Solutions is 'primarily' an 'e-commerce solutions' company, one way the company wants to see the chip used is for identification and authentication for 'electronic commerce'.[Rev 13:17] so that no one could buy or sell except one who had the stamped image of the beast's name or the number that stood for its name.]As Sullivan puts it, "You want to access and go online with your MSN or AOL account, you'll have DA transmitting your profile at request."
The same could be true for Amazon and any other electronic retailer. One-click shopping is somewhat obsolete when competing against something that identifies you by your mere presence.

In Canada and the U.S. they have workplace safety and standards guidelines that are similar to what is in place in the U.K. Similar reporting systems to what the U.K. has in place.
As we saw in the Jane Clift case, once on a list, your name pops up if you call the police, ambulance, doctors, ect. Employers, Landlords and a variety of others are given similar information about you.
In the U.K. this marker can be something that the victim is made aware of, but in other instances they are not.

To the target it seems as if hundreds of people have been hired to follow just them, but the reality is, this informant network is and has been in place, and once you are on the radar, they just shift attention to you.
Eg. In Stasi Germany a large part of the state was devoted to spying, if the state added one more target, they did not need to hire hundreds of people, the network is already in place.
This can be done with phone calls, I have seen this happen, the community you are in is alerted that a pedophile, mentally disturbed person, drug dealer is in their area. They get phone calls as you pass through the area, thus some will go stand out on the porch to be visual look out, report back what you are doing.
The foot patrols alert the business, thus why we are followed into stores, they use the one handed sign language, maybe stay to see if there is an incident they can make themselves useful for and report. In other cases, they are around to create an incident, and report that.
Keep in mind that the very concept of being monitored and under this kind of surveillance 24/7 is enough to make any sane person act out. Add to this that the informants are told to circle you, sit near to you, follow you, and they don’t try to do it very subtly, a target is bound to notice.
Somewhere along the lines our societies were taken over. We helped. Without firing a bullet, or invasion, these countries have become what East Germany and other countries were.

Though this might be still happening in some cases, the targets I come across are innocent. The lack of oversight of these programs, means that it’s being used to destroy innocent lives. The citizen informants never give it a second thought. Many never see the dirty under handed, smoke and mirrors used to set up targets to make them look crazy, like drug dealers, or pedophiles. They just unquestioningly believe what they are told.
I come across a lot of Woman that are single where this is being used to shut them up, rape them in other cases, and drive them to suicide or mental institutions in other.
I hear cases of abusive ex’s that got someone targeted. If you know how the system works you can manipulate it.
I come across minorities, who feel this is being used to target them. Lot’s of minority men and women.
I also come across whistle blowers. This is being used to target them.
The staged incidents and gaslighting are illegal, but since it’s crazies, pedophiles, drug dealers, who is going to believe them? The moment you call the cops too often, they also flag people. So it feels like you against the world literally. You know you are being harassed and followed, but most lawyers will not help, just like when McCarthyism was happening. The ACLU will not help. These programs do have a specific degree of secrecy, but not so that they outweigh the rule of law and justice.
Again this system is being used across the board, so I have come across people with extreme views, conspiracy views, where this was used. Anyone outspoken, who is not following the status quo, this can be used against. Just like it was in Russia.
I think legal is the best way to go.
Use the U.K. example, find a lawyer who will confirm that there is such a list in your area, and then try to find the procedure if you are on such a list for getting off. The woman in the U.K. spent four years, clearing her name, and that was with proof that she was on a list. Most don’t have such proof.
Remember each area does it’s own thing, each person feels individually empowered to monitor the target the way they see fit. In many cases this includes electronic monitoring/harassment.
In addition to that, these people try to play James Bond, and in addition to innocent citizens who are just trying to do a good job, and protect their communities from being taken over by bad elements, you also have complete morons, and psychopaths in others cases, who are given access to innocent individuals who in most cases have no idea what is going on.
Pushing for legislation that makes it mandatory to alert people that they are on such lists might help in some cases. This is close enough, that legally we should be looking into this channel.
Remember the ACLU has confirmed investigations of innocent individuals are happening. In the U.K. they have exposed how the anti-terror laws are being abused, to include full investigation of individuals.

Many of our citizen informants that we encounter on the road, just think they are part of some great powerful network keeping dangerous people at bay. Then there are those who know the real game, those who set up targets. Also just like Germany, you have informants who bait targets, so they can act out. I still believe that awareness and exposure are still key, in getting what is happening exposed. I do think when targets can afford to do so they should seek legal help, but in order to do so, they have to have an idea of what is being used against them.

To the target it seems as if hundreds of people have been hired to follow just them, but the reality is, this informant network is and has been in place, and once you are on the radar, they just shift attention to you.
Eg. In Stasi Germany a large part of the state was devoted to spying, if the state added one more target, they did not need to hire hundreds of people, the network is already in place.
This can be done with phone calls, I have seen this happen, the community you are in is alerted that a pedophile, mentally disturbed person, drug dealer is in their area. They get phone calls as you pass through the area, thus some will go stand out on the porch to be visual look out, report back what you are doing.
The foot patrols alert the business, thus why we are followed into stores, they use the one handed sign language, maybe stay to see if there is an incident they can make themselves useful for and report. In other cases, they are around to create an incident, and report that.
Keep in mind that the very concept of being monitored and under this kind of surveillance 24/7 is enough to make any sane person act out. Add to this that the informants are told to circle you, sit near to you, follow you, and they don’t try to do it very subtly, a target is bound to notice.
Somewhere along the lines our societies were taken over. We helped. Without firing a bullet, or invasion, these countries have become what East Germany and other countries were.

The police, firefighters, community members are all in on it. Just like Nazi Germany, they have this false sense of community, that they are doing something good. Yeah we got that crazy drug dealer out of town. We protected our community. In reality you drove someone like Jiverly Wong to the point that the was capable of mass murdering lot’s of people. Yeah you, don’t you feel good about yourselves?
These programs are not all bad, back in the day, that is what you did. If a pedophile was in town, you took some community action to get rid of the pervert, and never gave it a second thought you were protect yours, and that was that.

Though this might be still happening in some cases, the targets I come across are innocent. The lack of oversight of these programs, means that it’s being used to destroy innocent lives. The citizen informants never give it a second thought. Many never see the dirty under handed, smoke and mirrors used to set up targets to make them look crazy, like drug dealers, or pedophiles. They just unquestioningly believe what they are told.
I come across a lot of Woman that are single where this is being used to shut them up, rape them in other cases, and drive them to suicide or mental institutions in other.
I hear cases of abusive ex’s that got someone targeted. If you know how the system works you can manipulate it.
I come across minorities, who feel this is being used to target them. Lot’s of minority men and women.
I also come across whistle blowers. This is being used to target them.
The staged incidents and gaslighting are illegal, but since it’s crazies, pedophiles, drug dealers, who is going to believe them? The moment you call the cops too often, they also flag people. So it feels like you against the world literally. You know you are being harassed and followed, but most lawyers will not help, just like when McCarthyism was happening. The ACLU will not help. These programs do have a specific degree of secrecy, but not so that they outweigh the rule of law and justice.
Again this system is being used across the board, so I have come across people with extreme views, conspiracy views, where this was used. Anyone outspoken, who is not following the status quo, this can be used against. Just like it was in Russia.
I think legal is the best way to go.
Use the U.K. example, find a lawyer who will confirm that there is such a list in your area, and then try to find the procedure if you are on such a list for getting off. The woman in the U.K. spent four years, clearing her name, and that was with proof that she was on a list. Most don’t have such proof.
Remember each area does it’s own thing, each person feels individually empowered to monitor the target the way they see fit. In many cases this includes electronic monitoring/harassment.
In addition to that, these people try to play James Bond, and in addition to innocent citizens who are just trying to do a good job, and protect their communities from being taken over by bad elements, you also have complete morons, and psychopaths in others cases, who are given access to innocent individuals who in most cases have no idea what is going on.
Pushing for legislation that makes it mandatory to alert people that they are on such lists might help in some cases. This is close enough, that legally we should be looking into this channel.
Remember the ACLU has confirmed investigations of innocent individuals are happening. In the U.K. they have exposed how the anti-terror laws are being abused, to include full investigation of individuals.

Many of our citizen informants that we encounter on the road, just think they are part of some great powerful network keeping dangerous people at bay. Then there are those who know the real game, those who set up targets. Also just like Germany, you have informants who bait targets, so they can act out. If they do it’s another marker, or jail, or a mental hospital, maybe even death. Remember the more crazy people, drug dealers, pedophiles, terrorists, the more funding, the bigger the network.
Employees and others have been using this practice for years, to destroy lives. Woman, minorities, whistle-blowers seem to be prime targets, but it’s not limited to them. If you read Leuren Mowet’s story, she knew 500 people, who had similar investigations opened on them, which was used to systemically destroy their lives.

The system is now routinely being used to destroy enemies of the state, people with views and opinions that the state does not like and the destruction of these innocent lives are being done with the help in many cases of other unwitting citizens.
Years of research have been spent trying to expose these systemic misconducts. Others have noticed them in their areas of research, some noting that the best and brightest are beint targeted, and still nothing gets done.

I still believe that awareness and exposure are still key, in getting what is happening exposed. I do think when targets can afford to do so they should seek legal help, but in order to do so, they have to have an idea of what is being used against them.
